Product Registration
Information submitted here is used for statistical analysis and internal operations as well as to update our subscriber lists. When registering your product, only the information that appears in bold is required from you. This information is used to add your email address to the correct mailing list should you choose to subscribe to it. All information submitted on the Support Request Form is directly forwarded to our technical support team. If you choose to subscribe to the mailing list, your email address will be added to the technical support team's mailing list, in order to periodically provide you with newsletters, announcements, and other information on our products.

Compliance with COPPA
Following the adoption of the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) on April 21, 2000, Matrox will never knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Moreover, any parent will be given the opportunity to view any information collected by us and the information will be deleted upon parental request. We will however, keep any and all pertinent and necessary information collected through the purchase of a product, service, and/or membership from the FXzone.matrox.com. In this case, the use of a parental credit card will substitute for parental consent.
